Within the budget and profitability is achieved according to Company Targets.

Patrick MUKEBA​

NOC Manager

ICT engineer since 2014, He is currently responsible for the maintenance of a fiber optic network infrastructure of more than 700 Km spread over the whole of DRC that is strategic and operated by largest telecoms operators including Vodacom, Airtel and Orange ; this thanks to the experience acquired in the management of telecom projects across the country. His experience is  implementation of LAN, microwave and fiber optic networks to maintenance through project management.

Supply chain support

She have the overall operational responsibility for CSTelecomex’s related Procurement, Logistics activities, will built relationships at all levels; with suppliers and various CSTelecomex units. His role requires a high level of organizational management, from keeping suppliers and services/good informations updated to managing purchase process. In addition, The Procurement & Logistics Support also assist in developing and implementing new tools and procedures for the Department, whilst ensuring all reporting activities are done accordingly. He is responsible for supporting the organization and implementation of logistics activities, as well as for purchasing of inventory, supplies and capital goods as needed, including negotiating price, delivery and credit terms.

FINANCE SUPPORT

Whim joined CSTelecomex since 1st November 2018. Compliance with the financial procedure for the disbursement of funds Receive acceptances after project execution and prepare invoices; Follow up on invoices and collection; Participate in the preparation of financial statements and payment t of taxes (VAT, IPR, INPP, CNSS & ONEM); Management of the petty cash on a daily basis and reconciliation with the bank; Management of checkbooks ; Proceed to the payment of workers (daily) in the field after each stage of the project; Management of all payments related to project activities and administration via the Vodacom Mpesa system; Produce a report for all tasks under his responsibility.
